Summary/Abstract: The structure of bank loans and deposits by county in Romania, in September 2016, shows a big difference between counties. This difference is made by the economic development of each county and by the accessibility of products and services offered by banks. A large volume of bank loans is significant located into four counties, well-developed economically. These counties are: Bucureşti (Ilfov), Cluj, Constanţa, Timiş. This analysis shows the correlation between the financial resources, economic development and demand or times deposits.
