Summary/Abstract: Although considered movable property, the ship at the time of construction of the record of this contract, the acquisition of charges on its behalf both at that time and subsequently under the conditions of voyage and commercial operation has the characteristics and is treated as immovable property. The communication shall list the situations of regulated practice as regards the legal status of the ship in relation to this position. In this capacity of movable property but under the conditions of existence and real estate treatment, we concluded the possibility of its belonging to the estate.
