Summary/Abstract: The pandemic crisis is at an end, but the global companies producing vaccines are competing "at bayonet" to competitively offer the vaccine that will guarantee the global demand. The pandemic fog has largely hidden the geopolitical and geostrategic contradictions between the US and NATO, on the one hand, and Russia and China, on the other. What constituted three decades ago the conflict of the Cold War, justified on ideological grounds, is about to be replaced by a conflict generated by the management of globalization, which articulates as a China-USA cold war, as well as by a conflict maintained by considerations for guaranteeing security, which are articulated as the cold war between the USA and NATO – Russia. In both forms of cold war, serious accusations are being made by both sides, making armaments efforts dizzying targets in the pandemic fog.
