Summary/Abstract: One of the most obvious characteristics of preschool children is that their hyperactivity. In order to discharge this excess energy in the body of children caused by their age, one of the most appropriate activities to be done is “Physical Education and Sports”. Today's school considers physical and social education compulsory as well as mental education. For that reason, they tend to give the child versatile skills. So, “Physical Education and Sports” activities are carried out in a critical period of the child's life. So, “Physical Education and Sports” activities can be done at a critical period of the child's life in other words, it should be started in preschool age, where the cornerstones are activity and play. This study is a survey model study, the purpose of the research is to reveal the Importance of Physical Education and Sports in Preschool Institutions.
