Summary/Abstract: It can be said that school culture has developed to the extent that it gives a sense of organizational identity to all stakeholders in the school. If the school culture present in the school makes the person feel that he is a part of the school and allows the person to bond with the school, it can be said that the culture there is strong and effective. However, it is not possible to talk about a school culture in that school if it is insufficient to convey what needs to be done at school and the rules to be followed to the new attendees. Years ago, Headteacher Atatürk said: “School for young minds; It teaches respect for humanity, love for the nation and country, honor and independence... It reminds us of the safest way to save independence when it is in danger... Those who try to save the country and nation must be honest experts and scholars in their profession at the same time. . It is the school that provides it. Only in this way will it be possible for all kinds of undertakings to reach logical results.” He expressed it by saying that (Çakır, 2007).
