Summary/Abstract: The lack of consent of the legal representative of the witness who filed the complaint does not lead to the inherent relative nullity of the complaint, so that the derivative relative nullity of the criminal investigation documents, the exclusion of the evidence administered during the criminal investigation phase or the illegality of the indictment cannot be questioned either.
