Summary/Abstract: With the creation of the common market by the Treaty of Rome in 1958 and the common agricultural policy ratified four years later, the foundations of a single economic space are being laid, the ideological framework of which could be considered in the context of finding support to improve the situation, rural areas, ensuring the sustainable management of natural resources and maintaining the viability of the economy in the individual countries of the Union. In this aspect, the tourism industry stands as a kind of mechanism and a powerful tool for cultivating and developing cultural, political and economic relations and capitalization of the international transfer of visitors with active added value and a solid share of expenditure deductions in national economy have their rich variability, but with special emphasis and solid potential for future developments is rural tourism.
