Summary/Abstract: Investing is an approach to the future. Every company, be it from the tourism industry, to a greater or lesser extent carries out investment activities at a certain stage of its development. The tourism sector is attractive for investment, despite the high capital intensity. The investment process is a complex procedure of research, design, construction, start-up stage, time-consuming activities, involving a number of participants. This requires precision in structuring the investment process, its implementation and management. The aim of the present paper is to present indicators for the efficiency of a hotel complex, as well as the criteria for assessing the return on investment in it.
