Summary/Abstract: In this article Mircea Mihăieş outrages on what he calls "a cynical complot" of the Presidency to release the two generals Stănculescu and Chiţac guilty of having ordered the firing against the revolutionaries in Timişoara in 1989. He condemns the involvement of the present rulers in matters that concern the Justice sphere of duty and he ends with a bitter observation on the inscriptions left to remind of the 1989 Revolution.
