An algorithmic approach to Malfatti construction problem

Summary/Abstract: What is considered in the present paper is a fragment of the construction problem of Malfatti circles. New approaches are proposed. It is noted that the computer program „Discoverer” gives possibilities for an algorithmic approach to the problem but also to other constructions with compass and ruler in Euclidean geometry.
