Summary/Abstract: In the 21st century, analytical activity has become a professional activity in the context of a century of uncertainties and fundamental transformations in strategic knowledge. Law enforcement structures must adapt to new risks and vulnerabilities and be able to combat threats by knowing, understanding, and anticipating the consequences and impact on security and law and order through early warning and accurate forecasting.Analysis, which is the movement from the unknown to the known, is the first premise of any inference and has a direct relation to the object. Without analysis, synthesis, and action, any cognitive process is incomplete, because they are the necessary logical basis. The basic elements include the opportunities and legitimacy of relations between an object and its qualities, which can be divided into the experiment and thought.Analytical activity differs from information services in that it actively works with information products and their services. The main purpose of the analytical activity is to transform information into a qualitative and meaningful form, to propose new methods of analysis, and to develop solutions, scenarios, and activities to respond to current problems and challenges.
