Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the concepts formulated by the two main candidates for the office of the President of Poland in 2015. the aim of the article was therefore to analyze the ideas of bronisław komorowski and andrzej duda in the field of energy security and to identify potential points of convergence of the formulated political concepts. the views of both candidates differed significantly, which resulted from a different vision presented by the two main political groups in Poland – civic Platform and law and justice, which supported these candidates.
