Summary/Abstract: The author is editing and commenting two documents issued by the Securitate Service from the county of Olt, one from 1974 and another from 1986. These are informative reports and analysis of the situation inside the Communist Justice system in Romania and the political problems which could appear, putting in danger the regime. The Securitate set a number of measures to be taking to prevent it. The documents belong to the archives of the National Council for the Study of Securitate Archives.
