Summary/Abstract: The report issued by the insolvency practitioner, in compliance with the provisions of art. 6 of Law no. 85/2014, is an essential element for the approval of the request to launch the preventive concordat procedure, on the one hand, and the approval and confirmation of the restructuring agreement on the other hand. The creation of common practice, within the law, regarding the content and analysis of this report, from the viewpoints of creditors, debtors and syndic judges, will surely lead to an increase in the number of companies that see prevention procedures as a good option, while also helping the success of these procedures
