Summary/Abstract: As the diplomatic relations with the Soviet Union were re-established in 1934, the Romanian authorities were faced with many problems concerning the implementation of such relations at various levels. The article presents three documents reproducing the work of the interdepartmental Commission for the re-establishment of the relations with the USSR, a commission controlled by the Army.
