Summary/Abstract: The Black Sea coastline is an exclusive state property as per Bulgarian Constitution. It can never be declared private due to its significance in terms of public law, and its value for the whole society. So the state is highly committed to protect it and to ensure equal access to the beaches for all citizen. This work researches the legal framework of the territory.
