Summary/Abstract: The European Political Community is a renewed version of previously formulated concepts of cooperation between the European Union and states that, for various reasons, remain outside the EU. The EPC’s advantage is its demonstration of ideological unity in the face of the dismantling of the peaceful order in Europe, as best evidenced by the exclusion of Russia and Belarus from this format. Time will tell whether the EPC will be an effective platform for cooperation or whether it will remain a rather phantom, virtual format.
