Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the issue of Disease in the literature and culture of Ukraine and the post-Soviet countries, edited by M. Zambrzycka, both in terms of theoretical content and exemplification of specific phenomena based on examples taken mainly from Ukrainian literature and culture, with one exception from Russian literature.
