Summary/Abstract: The two authors continue their series on communist repression by analyzing the way the law to pursue and punish those guilty of the nation’s disaster or war crimes was devised, interpreted, and enforced. Decree-Act no. 312 came into force on April 24, 1945 and under it, 15 categories of persons were pronounced guilty of the nation’s disaster for having committed war crimes.
