Summary/Abstract: Every newly published workbook or textbook in Latin with medical terminology introducing a modern method of teaching deserves special attention. For the majority of the colleagues in Bulgaria the Latin textbook for foreign students of “Medicine”, “Physiotherapy” and “Public Health” at the University of Debrecen, Hungary with a title “Basics of Medical Terminology I. Latin and Greek Origins” by László Répás is still unbeknown. Different and unused in our county up to the present moment pattern of introducing all the necessary information about the basic grammatical rules and the lexical minimum of terms given in a diversified and interactive manner is that what makes it valuable as well as the process of achieving the new knowledge more pleasant and interesting. The book structure helps for providing very fast good results in using with confidence the learned material in Latin during the seminars.
