THE JUDICIAL REVIEW IN THE INITIATION PRE-TRIAL PROCEEDINGS

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the peculiarities, according to the author, of judicial review in the initiation and refusal to initiate pre-trial proceedings. Attention is drawn to the necessity of introducing such a control. In general, the draft laws in the Bulgarian Parliament, which have so far included such proposals, are covered, with a critical analysis and comparison of their content.
