Summary/Abstract: The study outlines the dimensions of communism in Romania, the internationalist politics of the Comintern and its organizations in Romania. The author considers that the communist regime in Romania was the result of three factors: the European powers' neglect of the East European countries; the direct and brutal intervention of Moscow in the Romanian political life and the transformation of the Romanian Communist Party into a Comintemist group.
