Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to explain the concept of collaborative leadership by referring to the development processes of the approaches that affect the definitions of leadership and to reveal the effects of the collaborative leader on organizational success. In the study, information is given about management, manager and leader, the features that affect the definitions of leadership, the development process including behavioral, situational and modern approaches, and descriptive explanations about the meaning of collaborative leadership. As a result, suggestions were made about the effect of the collaborative leader on the success of the organization.
