Summary/Abstract: The article presents the link between improving the pedagogical and digital competences of kindergarten teachers and the provision of quality education in Bulgaria. The results of a conducted empirical study of the self-assessment of the attitudes of kindergarten teachers and preparatory groups in schools for the use of digital resources in the educational process, as well as the analysis of areas for improvement in teacher preparation and qualification are presented.
