Summary/Abstract: The author critically analyzes the recent repeal of the Order of the Minister of National Defense no. 14/2008 for the approval of the instructions regarding the organization and implementation of the environmental protection activity in the Romanian Army. Given that it was not possible to identify the entry into force of a new normative act regarding the organization and development of the environmental protection activity in the Romanian Army, the main conclusions of the article concern the existence of a moment of legislative vacuum, as well the need to regulate the issue as soon as possible.
