Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the pandemic in Ukraine caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The purpose of the study is to analyze the results of a student survey regarding the pandemic, based on the author’s questionnaire. The organization of the survey is presented, an analysis of the respondents’ personal and psychological perceptions of the pandemic is carried out, legislative and executive measures in Ukraine to limit and prevent the spread of the pandemic are evaluated. Respondents to the survey were students of the Faculty of Economics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, specialty accounting and taxation. The vision of the students of this specialty is important, because in the future they will provide information necessary for management decisions of business entities, which is crucial in crisis situations. The written survey was conducted remotely after the second month of the pandemic. The questionnaire comprised 12 questions regarding the perspectives on the pandemic and ways to overcome it. The results of the survey were analyzed based on the following events during the year following the survey. The value of the research experience is that the results of the survey can be compared with subsequent events and government corrective actions to reduce the negative effects of the pandemic and other threats in the future.
