Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of political strategies of individuals, emerging on the border of social subjectivity in the sphere of biopolitics. “The Politics of Silence” and its manifestation are considered forms of political activity of “excluded” individu-als, confronting actions of biopower.
