HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

Summary/Abstract: Human resource management in the public sector is a very important task, given that the public sector occupies an important place in society, both in terms of its size and its structure. Observing it as socially significant, the share of the human factor in the realization of the tasks set before it is dominant over the material. In this regard, in this paper we will theoretically present the basic assumptions and steps in the process of human resources management in this sector.
