Summary/Abstract: Maintain the study of crisis management and effective communication methods within the scope of guidance work in this study training process. The elements that make up the educational institution are the management school, teacher, student and institution bodies. Educational institutions include many people with different backgrounds, identities, cultures, understandings and perception skills. Therefore, they are crisis facilities for a space that contains so many different components. Because it is very difficult to answer all these people and satisfy them all at the same time. The school administration consists of the school principal and vice principals, and this team is responsible for school administration and administrative affairs. When this team becomes inadequate and dysfunctional, an environment suitable for crisis occurs. The inability of the managers to understand the main lines of protection and to produce appropriate solutions for the situation, the existing and scattered analysis of the management, and the inability to use the available resources correctly pave the way for crises. In order to manage the crisis well within the scope of school guidance studies, it is necessary to maintain both internal communication and communication with the school environment. Thus, it can collect and mobilize the necessary information for the crisis. The management staff, on the other hand, achieves effective and good results in crisis management with the team spirit established during the training process. Because crisis management is a team work. The school administration continues to evolve during this time.
