Summary/Abstract: The right to happiness represents one of the fundamental human rights, as it was recognized by the states of the world, being one of the newest rights recognized as such. The purpose of the present study is to show, through an overall analysis, the degree of happiness of the peoples of the world and the consequences arising from it.
