Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the work and functioning of educational institutions where individuals with special needs study in terms of different variables. General education and special education in the education system of our country benefit from activities that require the development of individuals based on the characteristics of different academic qualifications and work as by specially trained personnel, different from general education training programs, tools, equipment, and methods, and teaching continuing education work. The special education system is also an indicator of how much a person will cope with the events and situations he may encounter, based on the awareness that his self-efficacy should be as much as possible. Special education teachers who work with individuals with special needs may fall into a position of burnout and inadequacy over time due to both the low self-efficacy of their students and the inability of student families to adequately engage in educational activities. In addition to this situation, the fact that the management level in institutional terms does not provide adequate support to the teachers in charge or behaves in ways that force teachers to do so causes teachers to experience a loss of morale and motivation and to be unable to fully channel October to professional work.
