Summary/Abstract: The present article is an evocation of the Reverend Father Petroniu Tănase, Abbot of the Prodromos Skete in the Holy Mount Athos. In the first part of the article, the important stages of the biographical path of Father Petroniu are presented, and in the second part, some of the important features that make up his spiritual personality are highlighted.
