Summary/Abstract: Reclamation of landscapes after their anthropogenization significantly complicates their structure. An important problem is artificial afforestation with coniferous forests after logging or to prevent erosion. The formation of new anthropogenic-natural territorial complexes with low bio-productiveness are not sustainable so they are vulnerable. An illustrative example of the peculiarities of self-restraining processes in the interference of unusual for the respective landscape wood species are the mountains of Western and Central Bulgaria.
