Summary/Abstract: In this study, it is aimed to examine the organizational culture in educational institutions within the framework of the organizational climate. Organizational identity and organizational culture are often used in the same sense both within the framework of educational management and within the framework of other managerial processes. However, when culture is considered as a symbolic system, it is seen that the concept of identity includes the physical elements of the institution that interact with the organizational culture. The organizational climate represents a general mood formed at the end of individuals' expectations about how their work in educational institutions should be and their perceptions about the extent to which these expectations are realized. From this point of view, organizational identity is found at the point where the educational institution faces the situations that it wants to be and allows its environment to be, expressing the totality of the characteristics that define the educational institution, express its freedom, and distinguish the educational institution from other institutions. In this context, organizational identity is among the concepts that are confused with organizational culture. Dec. Organizational identity is a strategy that has to take into account the organizational culture and has been created consciously. Organizational identity appears as an important factor in the creation of organizational goals aimed at creating an image. In other words, the organizational identity is more oriented towards the external environment of the organization in a peripheral context and is more comprehensive.
