Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes a specific individual’s situation in academic structures. Using themethod of autoethnographic description, the author tries to capture her position inthe field by using the distinction of center-middle-periphery, which determines theway of functioning and continuous establishment of place in the field of institutionaldependence.
