Summary/Abstract: In attempt to understand one of the main reasons for conflicts in couple we try to integrate concept of stress and distress, trauma and insecure attachments. On this basis we use construct of emotional shema reactions and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as guidelines for improvement of couple interactions.
