Cross Points of Experts, Directors, Teachers and University Professors for the Qualification of Pedagogical Specialists (Results from National Research)

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a national survey conducted by the Faculty of Education of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2016 on the problems of preparation and qualification of the pedagogical specialists in Bulgaria. Experts, directors, teachers, students, university professors and the public have participated in the survey. The presented material focuses only on the continuing professional qualification. The analysis of the data are in three aspects - organizational, financial and content. The summaries and recommendations are aimed at improving the continuing qualification and improving its quality.
