Summary/Abstract: The study points out some landmarks of the evolution of judicial control at the confluence of constitutional justice with the traditional justice system, with the intention of highlighting the importance of the partnership that existed and must exist in this framework, under the sign of the principles of the rule of law and the protection of fundamental rights. The conclusionis that the harmonious development of the control achieved through the activity of the courts, the constitutional court and, more and more, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights, means the identification of dialogue bridges, and not irreconcilable choices.
