Summary/Abstract: Encouragement as a type of attitude which helps to influence the development of society and raising of children. By learning more about encouragement as an attitude – one of the main topics in Adlerian psychology and finding out more about the methods of encouraging children and students, teachers and school staff could assist in the personal development of a sound youngsters and to demonstrate their faith in the children’s abilities.
