Summary/Abstract: An independent researcher predominantly in the Anglo-Saxon political sphere Patrick Hondus seeks to provide the answer to the challenging question of the Balkans: Can Serbs and Albanians live together? To this end he has read a pile of books by various Balkan and world authors. He interpreted this extensive reading and experts findings with the best of intentions, wishing to prove his starting hypothesis that Serbs and Albanians could indeed live together. He thus quotes medieval data on cooperation and intermarriages, when the relations between Serbs and Albanians were harmonious and mutually beneficial.
