Summary/Abstract: Abstract: The article aims to critically analyze different e-health models and evaluation of the particularities of the Romanian e-health system. The economic indicators show the state of health of the medical system in Romania. Our results prove that in Romania it is compulsory to integrate the E-Health system in the field of social health insurance, because we observed that the electronic file and the electronic prescription are insufficiently used. The efficacity of the E-Health systems around the world depends on the degree of involvement of all categories of stakeholders in the medical act.
