Summary/Abstract: Abstract: This article aims to study the impact of volunteering activities inorganizations on young people's behavior. Moreover, it aims to analyze the contribution of young people to the development of personal skills and the generation of added value and social development of the community. Motivating young people to volunteer should be one of the main objectives of volunteer management. The practical implications lie in how direct communication between volunteers-non-profit agencies-community is achieved.
