Summary/Abstract: Business law is the juridical science which methodically and systematically studies and exposes the principles and rules of law. It is also called “commercial law”, because their juridical sources are shared, as they are established through the same means. Business law and commercial law have similar juridical sources, thus business law requiring an interdisciplinary study, with both juridical and economical connections.
