Summary/Abstract: Studying the complexity of modern military confrontation in terms of „hybrid” perspective requires approaching the joint, integrated and multinational character of operation. The military forces involved must be able to perform a range of missions in joint context against a complex enemy, who is innovative and in constant adaptation. The actions in the operational environment requires integrated actions coordinated with the most diverse military and non-military actors, even at the lowest tactical echelons. When they belong to different nations, the operations gains a multinational character and the necessary legitimacy. The multinational joint military force is engaged against a multiple opponent performing conventional, unconventional and asymmetric operations.
