Summary/Abstract: The Distal Psychoinformational Influence (DPsiI) is a holistic concept that extends communication at subliminal level, the inductor and the receiver being placed outside of the sensory interaction, the phenomenon known as Mind Control. As the human system is an open system that allows exchanges admitting substantial radiant-energy and information with the external environment; mind is a quantum system, flashes of consciousness and thoughts are cerebral events of a high level quantum, from this “quantum leap” of the brain level, the consciousness manifests a more extensive coverage that allows remote communication and influencing without physical support.
