Summary/Abstract: Romanian legal labor relations are governed by a careful regulation regarding their birth, development, modification and their termination. The legal labor relations may terminate through bilateral expression or manifestation of the contracting parties, or by only the will of one party, under the low. Resignation represents a form of employment contract termination at the initiative of the employee.
