Summary/Abstract: The development of technologies aiming the geophysical aggression, leads to the emergence of new and serious problems of security, including the environmental security and the equilibrium of the geosystem. It is therefore necessary to study this problem - in that sense, it is first necessary to make the correct conceptualization of the military action (the geophysical aggression) and of the specific weapons, and also to establish their typology. We are witnessing the birth and development of new forms of aggression that circumvent the restrictions of international law. Among them, there is the geophysical aggression that allows disguising the act of aggression under the appearance of a natural hazard.
