Summary/Abstract: The fundamental restructuring that the world goes through the technological changes and fast assimilation of the new technologies lead to major changes of products, services, and organizations. Technology rapidly spreads its power towards individuals, organizations and nations ready and able to use it. This change is not just an opportunity but a challenge to define and develop new command and control systems.
