Summary/Abstract: In the review article, we analyze the laboratory diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). We focus mainly on morphological diagnosis, which we also illustrate. Next, we approach the immunophenotypic, cytogenetic and molecular-biological diagnosis of this aggressive lymphoma. We also point to the treatment of DLBCL with a sketch of the current CAR T-cell therapy, which may be a hope for patients if previous procedures fail.
