Summary/Abstract: This article tackles aspects regarding the apiculture terminology in the Romanian and Ukrainian idioms of Banat. Beside the details which concern the formation of the mixed Romanian-Ukrainian terminology within the bilingual communities, aspects related to a folkloric terminology will be considered, resulted from various reference analyses, matters concerning linguistic investigation (informers, questionnaire) and the discussion of some words in the family of beekeeping.
